  • My onboarding coaching service is a 90 day plan that is specifically designed to help leaders (internal or external) assimilate into their new role.

  • The program is 90 days, however, this can be extended beyond that timeframe as requested by the client.

  • Yes, I work with multiple executives at the same time, as well as working with multiple leaders that are within the same company. Each executive or leader will be enrolled in their own individual onboarding coaching program.
